Complaint ID [redacted] Hello, Upon receiving this complaint we did research in our system for the purchase date of 12/26/account number # [redacted] for the amount of $We couldn't find a ticket number with that information or that purchase amount we also looked under the phone number [redacted] and name [redacted] and still cannot come up with the proper information ? I contacted [redacted] to ask for further information so I could figure this outIn the past we have taking orders for delivery at one of our locations and if it's in the delivery zone of our other location forwarded them to the other location and canceled the delivery order and credit card information from the original location ( now I have an understanding that the credit card company will hold that amount in a holding pattern for a couple days when A charge is canceled even if it's canceled immediately) Im going to locate our credit card company and do some research on that this also see if I can locate this charge in dispute to the credit card company If we could please receive more information that would be very helpful ! This is our first complaint with the Revdex.com since we started our business in I would like to resolve it as soon as possible Thank you, [redacted] @comcast.net
