Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because the business owner was not completely honest with her response. Fatima claims that my hair was short and that I did not have a lot of hair on my sides, however, my hair was short but. not to the point that it was unable to be braided as she stated. Along with my hair, I have a lot of baby hair on both sides of my head. She did say that she would leave my baby hair out, but she never reassured me that my twists will come out along with my real hair because of my hair length. I did tell Fatima that the plans for my hair was for my trip out of town along with agreeing to the price of $200.00 for the seven hours she spent doing my hair. When she was finished with my twistes, the complete hairstyle included a bun. Like any other person, I was pleased with the work that she did at the time. The same night that Fatima did my hair, I was unable to sleep because of the twistes were way too  tight. I could not sleep, get comfortable, or stop crying because of the pain the swolling was causing so I had my friend take my bun down. The following morning I called Fatima and let her know that my hair was too tight and asked if she could do anything to loosen the tightness in my head or the pain the last bun caused. Instead of loosing my twists, she came up with a looser bun and sent me out the door. Three days later, I did call her to voice my concern again because two twists were already loose and one of them came out so she asked me to come in so she could fix them, but only replaced two not all three. Eight days later, while I was out of town, I text her again to let her know my concern about hair because 5-6 twistes were coming loose and two of the twists came out and out of the two, one of them had my real hair wrapped inside. I asked her if we could resolve the problem by allowing a refund of $100.00 because the time my twists were told to last was no less then one month and no longer then three. At this point, I feel like I have gone back to her too many times and by then, I did not want to go back to her shop for her to send me out the door again. Fatima sent me a picture of the rules hanging up on the wall of her shop but it clearly had nothing to do with the situation at hand.  With this being said, I believe I should receive half of the fee back only because of the length of time she spent doing my hair. I have attached a few pictures of my hair a couple of weeks before I went to Fatimas shop to get my hair done. Thank you for your time and please take these photos into consideration as evidence to the length that was falsely stated in her response.

It took me 7 hours to twist her hair, and when I was done shewas very happy with the great job that I did. She asked me to put her hair in bun, which I did. The nextday, she called me, and told me that the bun was too tight, I let her came and I redid the bun looser andshe left. 3 days later, she called me and complained again about 2 twists coming loose . I had her comeand I fixed the 2 twists. 9 days later she texted me again to complain about 3 or 4 twists coming out.The rules of the salon state that, after 72 hours, any touch up should be charged, and there is no refundbut I told her to come so I could fix it for her, charge free. She said, she was out of town and she wanteda refund of half of the price which is $100.
