On 8/14 I got my hair braided at this location around 6 pm.. As she’s braiding I’m letting her know it’s tight and she loosen up and even sprayed some blue stuff on my head that helps me relieve a little. She gave instruction to out a warm rag on head the would help. So I’ve the weak end I fell sharp pain and redness. Contacted another client which was the reason I went and ask was she experiencing the same and she said yes. I reached out to the establishment via text no reply phone shows she read it but no reply. So I decided to call. She first said nothing she can do it’s been a week ago. I said no it only been since Friday at 11 pm when we finished to be exact. On her board it mentions a 3 day policy. So today is the 3rd business day she closed on Sunday’s. She tells me I may be all allergic to the hair. No notice or awareness of it my cause redness or breaking out or sores. Now that no hair has sores and redness I wen photo as well. She said well you can take it out and we will rebrand. I said no that will only irritate the are even more and I don’t want to be bald headed. Well that’s all I can do. No you can refund me me money I didn’t pay $170 for a 3 day hair do. She told me a different price then when I got there to begin with and another client said she will do that she had to correct her by showing her the text she Sent.. is not sanitized in there either dirty coaches and floors. Lady started coughing said she been sick with allergies and she going to Africa for 6 mo and coming back.. helppppp I want my money back this is unexceptable. Unprofessional the whole time talking too in there LAnguge loud asking for rides home I don’t know you

On 8/14 miss *** came to the shop for her appointment prior to her appointment miss *** call me 2 times first call was to set an appointment Which I told her the price she said her cousin referred her to the us and she wanted at first the same style as her cousin which was a tribal braid style I told her if she does box braids in the back it $180 ,3 layers is $160 and the 2 layers is $140 and if she wanna long is $20 extra she even told me if I wash I told her yes and it’s 10 dollars to wash the second call she made to me was that her cousin told her aunty this did her her and aunty is my braider I told anyone can braids at the shop if aunty available she would do it and if Iam available I will do it so after that we proceed texting and on the text she send me many pictures and did not know what style to choose from she ask me what style I like and I told she said she like it too so on 8/14 she came and before we Start her hair she showed me the style and ask me how many layers was on the picture I told her it’s was a 3 layers so for me since I told her all the prices other phone she is aware of the price so she went for the 3 layers which is $160 she got her hair wash and they start braiding her hair so my braider ask for the payement she want and got it and after servicing her my braider ask for the payment she gave her $150 so my braider told her she got the 3 layers and a wash so the total is $170 so she start arguing and they call me because I was done with my clients and I was already home when my aunt was doing her hair so I told that I told the prices over the phone and start arguing back and forth so she finally hang up on me because she was mad and I I call back my braider and talk to her .after that she text me on 8/18 and I was on a client hair when she send a picture and on my Apple Watch it’s tell me I have messages but which I did not check so 10 mn later she called and tell me she and her cousin have adore on they head and that it’s stinging and all that so I répond to her that maybe she was allergic to the hair extensions we use or something else and that after doing her cousin her so many times over the shop her cousin never called and complained about anything still doesn’t even to this date to complain so when I told her to tell her cousin to call me she said she does care about her cousin hair and that she calling for her so she start talking and since I was doing hair I ask her to avoid the back and forth what she want me to do she sais she wants a refund and I told her on my policy after 3 days I don’t do any refund so I told her what I can do for hair she can come we will take out her hair for free when her scalp feels better we can redo her hair with a hair she will bring for free so she was still arguing and said no that why she is going to come back and get her hair done with the same hair ant ect and was not lessening to what I was try to say and got mad and said she was calling best business bureau and so which I told her that was her right and she got mad and hang up so when she writing and saying my braider was coughing and told her that she has allergies yes we r human miss *** anyone can suffer from allergies specially seasonal allergies and that braider told her that she going to Africa and stuff you and her was having a genuine conversation and they no law saying anywhere that someone can go to they country and if you guys have that conversation that because u ask and to be friendly she was talking to u and when she ask u for a ride u had a Choice to say yes or no and even when u and I was done talking on the phone and I called her u still ask her if she still need a ride so I don’t know and writing to say my shop is not sanitize I laughed at that because lord know I clean my shop is and I don’t know if u doing all this to be vindictive but god is good so my proposition still standing u can come we will take out your hair and redo it for free with the hair of your choice .

I am rejecting this response because: at this point I don’t trust my life my hair and don’t want to come near your establishment ever again. You are unprofessional and you have hair that breaks people out and no disclaimer given to give me an option to take a risk. Not only did you effect my head also the person who referred me is also broken out. I want my money back and don’t want to step foot in your shop again. I referred people to your establishment and I will let them all know of my experience. Notified you in the 3rd day and that night and followed your instructions on relieving the pain. Refund me my money Is the only resolution because you lied even your auntie saw your messages where you never discussed any additional cost with me besides the 140 verbally.. I even got messages where someone else had the same issue with you trying to fast talk people out there money and they have to show you a text message and o back them up. Just refund my money and continue to break people hair out and get a sanitizing company to clean that place out. A vacuum not a broom.. I never asked for any of your aunts information her arm start hurting and she began to speak on her allergies.. with Covid being as bad as it is yes I became alarmed. Just refund my 170 and you have a good life

At this point I don’t need once again to go back and forth with u and like I said your cousin that u mention still haven’t called or text to complain about her hair bring those messages of people that u said text u anyway .the text that we exchanged was the text of many picture of style u send and wasn’t sure what to get and if u was so worried about COVID-19 why did u stay and get your hair done when she was complaining about her allergies for someone who is really concerned for they life plus she was wearing a mask.Iam use to people of your kind going around people business and try to scam them and Iam ok with that I have been in this business for 20 years and let me tell u one thing if I learn something to have a tough skin ,u not going to get a free hair do if it’s what u have in mind like u talking about sanitizing my shop u most referring to your car and your house because as far as I know my shop is pretty clean.so this point after talking to my braider u can get a partial refund not a full refund because she spend about 5 hourson your hair u.U can send your cash app and your partial refund will be send it to u at the end of the week and u get have a good life
