The car was in the shop last year and it took atleast a month to get repaired Now it has been the shop since February, in the elements Atleast $has been spent on this car, at Kutima Automotive, and the car is still not operable As I stated in the initial complaint, if you can't fix it, just say so Refund the money that was spent on the engine and the parts is the only acceptable resolution Kutima has never called to give a status on vehicle My phone number was left on different occasions, with no response Kutima has had months to fix the car, but I was told it would take two weeks Insurance has been kept on the car just hoping that it would be repaired in a timely manner

Sorry for the Late reply After speaking to Mr *** concerning this case :
The Price Quote for the Engine was $based on the make and the year of the car after going to
Jonesboro to pick up the engine The mechanic
that pulled the engine test it and the engine was not a good running engine ,
since that time frame we have found two other engine that is in that price range.
The customer needs to understand that a BMW engine is going to cost more than that price Quote or they will need to give us time to find on that is in good running order that is in that price range or they have the option of buying a standard r/r engine for $2,or from LKQ for $3,which we will be more that willing to apply that credit to the cost of the engine.

Kutima Automotive Understands the comp;iant and concern of the customer and is currently in the process of resolving the issue ,
As this is an issue of getting and locating an affordable engine
The customer has a options and wqe are open to hearing the suggestion to bring this issue to close

I do not accept the response given by Kutima Automotive.  The quote of $850 was given by [redacted].  It has been paid for, along with parts.  The car has been in the shop since March and it is nowhere near finished.  Everytime I would go by the shop and check on the car, I would get the same answer, it will be ready in two weeks.  How can you quote a price of an engine if you know that you can't get it for that price?   The car was in the shop last year and it took atleast a month to get repaired.  Now it has been the shop since February, in the elements.  Atleast $2000 has been spent on this car, at Kutima Automotive, and the car is still not operable.  As  I stated in the initial complaint, if you can't fix it, just say so.  Refund the money that was spent on the engine and the parts is the only acceptable resolution.  
 
Kutima has never called to give a status on vehicle.  My phone number was left on 6 different occasions, with no response.  Kutima has had 5 months to fix  the car, but I was told it would take two weeks.  Insurance has been kept on the car just hoping that it would be repaired in a timely manner.
