I see that your F rating of 000webhost.com is based on a very small number who complainedI think we should consider how many have a good experience and just don’t say anything? So I question whether this rating is validThey have hosted my website for several years under their free hosting plan (they have paid plans too) and they have served me quite well - not perfect, some disappointments yes, but what do you expect for free? Just speaking from my own experience, I would rate them a CI think F is too harsh

I was just there and they are rude and disrespectful (non-English speaking)They kept me waiting and worked on people who came after me but told me it was first come first servedNever go here it's not worth itThey also over charge

The place is mad dirty, they have a very bad attitude when it comes to talking to customers They are never on time, one minute the doors open at 9a.m., then they don't open until 10a.m., but the workers are never on time, the floors are filthy, I don't think they have ever mopped, they also cook food in there place of business, they sleep there toThere is hair all over the place, ants on the floor from something sweet, and they refuse to mop it upthis place is utterly discussting

They neglected a vulnerability notice, kept their data unsecure and then lied about it once data was leakedThey lefy ticket info open to the public and now refuse to delete my accountI want my account deleted

At first, I loved 000webhostWhile they constantly urged you to pay for the premium version, how could I complain? It's FREE!
That is, until about a week ago, when they just randomly suspended my website for "scamming"First off, I wasn't selling anything AT ALLIt was simply my BLOG for custom gaming controllersI contacted them, telling them how it had to have been a mistakeThe response? "We're sorry, we cannot unsuspend your account, as you were scamming your customers."
WHAT CUSTOMERS? doesn't review their facts before doing anythingThey simply do itAnd when you act back, they just get angry
Just spend the $a year and go with GoDaddyIt's worth the extra money for their great support team and their great service

Mrs*** *** was made aware of all the information regarding what’s needed to be done to get the particular style she wanted.
Mrs*** was also made aware that each person’s skin is different and reacts different to hair braiding. Nothing was done out of the ordinary practices that all of our clients receive for hair braiding
If Mrs*** had some sort of medical condition or particular sensitivity to her scalp she didn’t make me aware of it
Regarding refunds, we have signs posted and we verbally tell each client that do to the nature of braiding (hours of labor) we don’t offer refunds. Mrs*** would know and understand that before any services were performed
In regards to Mrs***’s claims that I used offensive language I did not use offensive language towards her at all
