Review: I went to this braid shop to get two regular cornrows going back with a zig-zag part. [redacted], the [redacted], told me it would cost $25 to wash/blow dry/braid and that she would do my hair. I went to buy the braiding hair and when I came back 15 mins later and [redacted] was gone. Another lady,name unknown, did my hair horribly. The braids were uneven and there was a non-existent zig-zag part in the front along with a comb-over in the back. Then, she slapped on a ton of brown gel and told me to sit under the dryer.I told another lady who I thought was in charge that I didn't like the hair style. The lady who did my hair and the lady I told I didn't like it, were then screaming in my face telling me to pay them and leave.When [redacted] came back I explained the situation to her and she agreed to rewash my hair and restyle it. She did a good job with my braids, but when I got home I noticed a broken patch of hair in the back of my head. She had ripped my hair out of one braid in order to make the parts more straight. Now I have a short patch of hair that I have to pin down into my braid to mask how ridiculous it looks.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for the service. They destroyed a portion of my hair that was healthy. The full amount of the service was $25.
