I spoke to the owner and she was very apologetic, accommodating, and handled this in a very professional manner. I appreciate her personal involvement, and I consider the matter closed to my satisfaction. Thank you for your assistance

Tho whom it may concern:I, *** ***, called the gentleman who filed the complaint, reached him and spoke to him on his personal cell phone I asked him to retrace his experience at the restaurant, all which were consistent with his above statement I first, apologized to him for the
manner in which he was addressed at the restaurant We, do in fact, use a 3rd party vendor for our game room machines It is, however, our policy to refund the guest up to one round of money loss and then add a "out of order" sign until the amusement company can repair said machine In reference to the happy hour concern, I did explain that the happy hour promotion, was in no way intended to be "bait & switch" The promotion is listed as $well drinks but it did not stipulate that it did not include double shots (those are regular price) This will be included in the verbiage moving forward as to not be confusing to anyone else.Thank You,*** ***
