Fattys tatoo and piercings

I am rejecting this response because: I called Fattys tattoo, and spoke with a female representitive saying I would be mins late she assured me it was ok and I arrived minutes late ! Now I really feel insulted when I was the customer refusing to leave because I wanted the police called so that I could get a refund! I made it to the shop with in my time period ! I was so busy arguing with the artist about my time , that literally my time had run out, I dont want go back and forth about lying send the tape with audio and we will see who is falsifying the the truth ! The paper says no refund with no sho ! Not calling saying I'm going to be late! And the front desk repTelling me it's ok to come , knowing they would take my money Regards,

I am writing to respond to the complaint filed about my businessI am very familiar with the incident in which *** *** is raising in this dispute due to the fact that her behavior was so disruptive that the police were called to have her removed from
my place of business which they promptly did upon their arrivalUnfortunately the facts of her testimony are completely untrue.*** *** showed up hours late for her appointmentShe was fully informed of our policies which clearly states that a down payment will be lost in this caseThese policies were explained to her by our sales person at the time of her down payment*** *** read and signed our down payment agreement (copy enclosed) which clearly explains our policies in full detailFinally, the police were called by my staff (not by her as she claims) due to her disruptive behavior*** ***'s behavior was so ridiculous and outrageous that it reminded me of my children when they were they were in their toddler yearsI have been in business now for over years and rarely have seen an adult act so immature and so childish, particularly after they were an hour and a half late for an appointmentThe entire incident was caught on video surveillance so if you need a copy of this please let me knowI'd be happy to share it with youTo my knowledge in years of business I've never received a complaint from your agency and I hope that you will not use this incident to do soIn my opinion, to give *** *** anymore voice to the disruption that she has already caused would be a discredit to your organizationPlease let me know if you have any further questions
