Fatu Hair Braiding

Review: I went to Fatu on 3.15.2014 I asked for micro braids and that I wanted blond and 1B hair color. I did not get my full request, the braider gave me blonde highlights as well as black hair. The hair that was used was synthetic. I called Fatu on 03.17 and asked what kind of hair did she'd use and she advised me that it was synthetic. I asked her did she give options on whether a person can get human hair and synthetic she replied to me"that all braiding shops don't use human hair" I said that information is incorrect and this was not my first time getting my hair done in a braiding shop, I told her the hair was irritating my scalp and I was itching pretty bad, I also then informed her the color used in my hair was black and not 1B. She began to argue with me and tell that I wanted individuals when I told the girl I wanted micros. This went on for about 10 minutes with her arguing with me. I advised her the customer is always right and she was not providing a good service if she didn't listen. She then offered to take my hair out and return my money. I said I would come on 03.22. she said okay. She called me back in 3 minutes and said she couldn't do it on that day and she would have to do it on 3.24. This call took place on 03.17. I called back on 03.19 and told her I could no longer take the itching I would take my hair out and she could give me back my money. She refused and started the old argument up again. I was past that I needed the hair out it was itching. She is a poor professional who did not listen and wanted things her way.Desired Settlement: She promised me my money. They need to be shut down they are very limited to the kind of hairstyles they can do.
