Review: I have contacted them several times via emailed and have called, only to have the phone continue ringing. A few months ago they upgraded the website,a nd my cash back disappeared. Money was pending, and suddenly it was gone. They stole from me, and they haven't responded.Desired Settlement: I also want a public apology and for them to give money to others they have scammed. I will litigate over a few dollars, jus tot hold them accountable.

Review: I made a purchase through FatWallet on on January 9. My click history shows that I visited the site via FatWallet at 12:12pm. I recieved my purchase confirmation email at 12:32pm. However FatWallet is now saying that it was not purchased at part of the affiliate program. When I asked about it I was given a $10 promotional credit that will only be released after I purchase something else through the site.Desired Settlement: I would like to recieve the approximately $50 that I should have been paid for making my purchase through FatWallet.

I had one of my best experience with Fatwallet. I had been a customer since october 2012. I make a lot of purchase online and use online cash back sites to add saving on my purchase. I use fatwallet for my purchases because they are highly reliable to issue a cash back on my purchase. I had to email them for 2 purchases to resolve cash back issues but almost immediately resolved to my satisfaction. They also have one of the best cash back rates and cash back on more sites than others I have seen in market.
