*** *** has been a customer of Hub Victor’s for several years He has done his little league uniforms through us and then started bringing his company business to us Several years ago *** *** asked *** *** Vice president and Co-Owner of Hub Victor to write a letter on
*** behalf stating that *** did not steal money from the little league team he coached ***, under the advice of our attorney, had to decline such statement to *** *** *** *** at that point told *** that he would never be back to our shop and he would make us pay: Please note the email from *** *** that dates back to May 21, 2014…(we have plenty more as well)I just purchased for my employer an order of Polo'sWhich that will be the last time that I patronize your companyI have gone to another outfitter for my team uniforms,which we all know how much those cost. I will "No Longer" ever refer Hub Victor to anyoneAt that point we thought we heard the last from *** *** *** *** *** ***…We were wrong August of he came back He had sent us his new logo and needed it digitized, which we did of courseWe are not in the business of holding grudges Since August of we have done several embroidery jobs, to be specific It wasn’t until this November that he started to boldly complain about his embroidery for his boss (*** *** In May of we stated to him that if he was that unhappy about embroidery that we suggest going to heat transfers He decided at that point to order of the transfers, black and white And he was very pleased with thoseThen he came back on June 16th and ordered black, white and green He was charged for the transfers and paid for them in full, with the understanding that we would charge when he purchased garments from us for just the garment cost However he chose to bring in his own garments, which is normally a fee of $3.00, however we did not charge him Also we do not recommend bringing in outside garments due to not always being familiar with the materials in them We also have a sign that states we are not responsible for bringing outside garments in, which *** *** and/or *** *** could clearly see The Polo’s “in question” here are *** brand Polo’s of different colors Our employee physically let *** *** come back to our pressing area and watch her press all polo’s He cannot state that we pressed down our machine leaving the T-Square in itThat would be 100% IMPOSSIBLE to do We only use the T-Square to line up the garment to make sure it is straight and then the transfer is straight The machine would not be able to press down on a garment in that tool was in the way Also where *** *** says the shirts are burned is the color which is nowhere near where that T-Square would go We have thousands of garment go out of our shop in a month of all different types and materials and have never one time had someone state that we “burned” anything Mr*** *** watch the employee do these shirts and took them with him and it wasn’t until days later that we started getting emails that we “burned” themNow if *** *** thought for even a second that there was a problem why did he take them? It wasn’t until then that the corresponded through email staring happening with *** *** as wellUp to that point was always truough *** *** After we received the email that they felt that they were burned we asked if they had been washed, they said only dry cleaned We then, after getting numerous emails, instructed them to bring them in*** *** then dropped them off and also picked up his transfers that he had paid for We stated that we were not going to be able to do anything else for *** *** *** (our embroider had refused to do any more embroidery months prior)That also gave us a chance to look at them and see that there is no evidence of burns or holes or anything of the matter We then emaied *** *** to come get his shirts We had several emails back and forth disputing the facts and he threatened at that point he was going to turn us into the “Revdex.com” We said ok and please come get the shirtsHe sent *** *** in on August 7, to pick them up*** *** took them and signed off that he had, said “have a great day” with a smile and out he went Hub Victor has and always tries to go out of our way for all customers, but *** *** ***, *** *** and *** *** were just down right “unpleaseable” We have NEVER had a complaint taken this far and I would hope that shows for our integrity and concern for our customers.We have several emails, documents and pictures if those are needed
