The faucet was not installed when I came across the problem. It was when I opened the box. I had been without water for several weeks and could not go any longer. I had to go to a local store and by a second faucet and piece them together to make it work. I obviously couldn't return that faucet. This company took 4 days to repond to my initial complaint. I could not live without water that long. I just want a refund so I'm not out the price of two expensive faucets. Since it wasn't installed it was not coveted by the warranty. This company is just trying to get away with selling defective faucets.

urgent because he needs to buy somewhere else for this item. It is a bit expensive. I hope, you can process the refund immediately. Please investigate further. I hope for your consideration.
