To all, who is thinking to purchase online from FaucetLine Think twice ! I prepared to renovate my bathroom and ordered everything elsewhere and received all the components within 2-weeksI looked up a nice bathroom vanity on FaucetLine and it said - 'inStock' Also, before I clicked 'Submit' to purchase on line I called FaucetLine to verify they do have the item and it will be shipped within certain timeAs I talked to a gentlemen on the other side of the line, I was re-assured they have what I want in stock and I happily paid for it It weeks I e-mailed to them to verify it has been shipped by then and received dry reply that it is out of stock and is back ordered and will be delivered in 4-weeksI have re-scheduled my contractor till later when the vanity arrived (weeks) I e-mailed the FaucetLine again in weeks to make sure it is getting delivered soonOnce again, the dry reply read - "We are expecting to get this vanity in 3-weeksSorry for the inconvenience." I talked to my contractor, and they said they are loosing money because of me, and they got really mad and walked away on me I requested my money I paid to FaucetLine backThe dry reply from them - once again, like not as big deal read "Your order has been cancelledThe refund will be applied to your credit card today." I will never ever again deal with those irresponsible peopleThey could have notified me of their delays, but they waited until I contacted them - expecting the delivery very soon Is this how they conduct their business ? Very lousy and sloppy No customer support skills, whoever was replying my e-mails They lost me as a customer for good
