Salesman went to consumers home to look at crack and told business owner it is something they need to address as there is a 3 year warranty. Randy stated he will be addressing the issue but needs to wait until it...
warms up so in April or May he will be addressing the issue with the consumer.

I need a more specific response. I spoke to him during the appropriate fixing time of year in earlier part of 2015. I was not given full response indicated above. I was told that he was busy at the time and would work to get over to my home in the next couple months. I recognize now that they need to wait until things warm up but I want assurance that issue submitted only months after cement driveway install will be rectified and cracking will be fixed.
