Faulkner BMW of Lancaster Reviews (5)

We have investigated the Customer's concern that he was told that this [redacted] had a "full Manufacturer's Warranty until September We reviewed all the documents from the transaction and the car does have the remainder of the factory emissions warranty which is good for another months from date of purchase, which would be til May, or at 80,miles, whichever comes first. The BUYERS GUIDE (see attached) clearly states that the dealer will pay 0% of the labor and 0% of the parts for the covered systems that fail during the warranty period [redacted] signed both the BUYER GUIDE and the [redacted] Vehicle History Report which detailed the above. There is no evidence that states anywhere that there is a full factory warranty til September, 2018.We stand by our claim that our customer still has the balance of the factory emissions warranty with the above stipulations.Yours truly,Paul S.General Manager

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: BMW is not only falsifying their statements regarding this issue but they are now "speculating" and falsifying my "thoughts" during this deceptive/fraudulent vehicle sale I at no time stated the information listed on BMW's second response The vehicle was fair market value based on the warranty coverage stated remaining from BMW sales dept The dealership clearly is not complying to Revdex.com's statement that all responses are to be truthful BMW continues to falsify statements regarding this fraudulent vehicle sale as well as they are unwilling to accept their wrong doing and take ownership in their deceptive/fraudulent behavior during the sale of this vehicle I can only hope that all potentially new customers to BMW of Lancaster have the opportunity to see my complaint so they are all aware of the business type that BMW allows and the way their past customers are treated after a deceptive/fraudulent vehicle sale Regards, [redacted] ***

To whom it may concern:In response to *** ***'s response that the "dealership verbally confirmed with *** manufacturer that there was a valid full warranty on the vehicle of purchase until September 18,":My discussions with his client advisor reveal no such phone call and our advisor remembers *** *** mentioning how much lower priced our car was than others at local *** dealers (by about $4,000).Perhaps it is possible that discussions at other *** dealers centered around their warranty coverage and it is those discussions that are clouding the issue. We still stand by our statement of warranty coverage that we referred to in our first response.Thank you,Paul S.General Manager

I am rejecting this response because:
BMW is not only falsifying their statements regarding this issue but they are now "speculating" and falsifying my "thoughts" during this deceptive/fraudulent vehicle sale.  I at no time stated the information listed on BMW's second response.  The vehicle was fair market value based on the warranty coverage stated remaining from BMW sales dept.  The dealership clearly is not complying to Revdex.com's statement that all responses are to be truthful.  BMW continues to falsify statements regarding this fraudulent vehicle sale as well as they are unwilling to accept their wrong doing and take ownership in their deceptive/fraudulent behavior during the sale of this vehicle.  I can only hope that all potentially new customers to BMW of Lancaster have the opportunity to see my complaint so they are all aware of the business type that BMW allows and the way their past customers are treated after a deceptive/fraudulent vehicle sale.
