Out of my years of driving and able to purchase vehicles, this is with no doubt the worst dealership I have ever dealt withThe sales team and mangers will do and say anything for you you to purchase a vehicleThey will point blank lie and cheatThe buying was with out doubt the most frustrating and aggravating experience, part of me said walk, but part of me said its what your looking forUnfortunately, I boughtWith that being said, I took my truck in for serviceAfter days they said they could not diagnose the problem nor fix itFunny I took record of the mileage, engine hours(standard on my truck), and put a piece of tape on the hood to see if they opened the hoodTo my surprise, NOTHING has change This "dealership" is run and operated by nothing but LYING, CHEATING AES! Steve Sand Frank are the worstIf there is a problem, they will just send you a letter from their attorneyRUN DO NOT WALK

Review: I owned a 2009 Saturn outlook XE, Check engine lights up, during my road trip to **, so when I got to [redacted] Saturn suggested me to take the car to Faulkner Chevrolet for diagnosed. My car is still under power train factory warranty. Found the problem that it was the timing chain. Upon delivering the car to be fixed for the timing chain problem the car has no power steering issue. Up on picking up the car at Faulkner Chevy certified service, I notice that my power steering sound really Bad. Talked to the Mechanic and service advisor, they advice me to drive the car for a few days so that the air in the power steering pump will go away and the loud noise will disappear. Followed what the technician told me, but the loud noise from power steering never goes away till today. So Brought the car back to the so call certified Saturn service, only was told that my power steering pump was bad and need $1300 to fix it, for the problem cause by their own certified mechanics. Upon delivering the car the dealer certified services perform a certified check everything was good including power steering. Please help me resolve this matter with the Faulkner Chevrolet Certified services. It is clearly not my fault and they said that I broke the power steering pump. It was their mechanics that broke it. All I need is that the power steering noise to go away, I will not be responsible to pay for their mistake.Desired Settlement: Make the power steering noise go away. As it was before I brought it in.

I am rejecting this response because: 3 other gm body repair experts and [redacted] determined that faulkner chevrolet did not properley repair my vehicle. I have determined that the faulkner organazion to be untruthful and did the best to cover up shoddy and deceptive work.my best responce was in the last three weeks was to take delivery of one new vehicle and order another from a very reliable and trustworty gm dealership.the business that the faulkner group will lose from my family ,friends and me will be in return for not doing the correct job the first time,regardless of what a cluless general manager may feel .I consider this case closed.
