May 27, 2016Please accept this letter in response to claim # [redacted] [redacted] had her [redacted] repaired in our facility on or about May 12, [redacted] alleges that certain scratches and additional damage occurred while in the possession of the Faulkner Collision CenterThe repairs performed were in keeping with the standards set forth for the auto collision repair industryEvery effort was made to restore the vehicle to its pre-collision conditionOur Collision Center Manager met with [redacted] regarding her concernsThe vehicle was thoroughly reviewed for the quality of the repair performed and for the additional concerns expressedIt is belief that the damage on the vehicle is not a result of the time spent nor the repair process that occurred at the Faulkner Collision Center.While we disagree with [redacted] we recognize that the customer's opinion and attitude is paramount in our businessIn a good faith effort we have agreed to buff the vehicle in an attempt to remove or reduce the severity of any remaining scratchesAn appointment was established for May 18, [redacted] failed to drop her vehicle off at that time.We continue to stand by our repair process and the quality of work performed and will honor our original offer.Sincerely,David FController

Our Collision Center Manager met with [redacted] regarding her concerns. The vehicle was thoroughly reviewed for the quality of the repair performed and for the additional concerns expressed.
