March 2, 2017Dear [redacted] :I have received your letter in reference to complaint [redacted] .It appears that [redacted] has a few issues and would prefer to address them indivually for the sake of clarity[redacted] called me about his payments still being automatically taken out of his accountI explained that we had submitted all the contracts and payoffs but sometimes it doesn't get processed before the next payment is deducted and he would need to call the bank to stop automatic withdrawalsHe refused to accept that I could not do this on his behalfBanks value account security and will only allow account owners to make such changesThis was something that was out of my control and all could do was instruct [redacted] on how to resolve itWhen [redacted] followed my guidance with [redacted] the problem was successfully resolvedI'm not sure why this is a source of contention at this point was happy to help where I could.As for the termination of the previous contract on the [redacted] leaseThis is again a concern with the contracting bankIn this case [redacted] who are acting through (***) [redacted] While we are not the dealer who originally leased the [redacted] to [redacted] can speak from experience when I say that have never seen a lease contract that did not spell out the terms of what happens at terminationWhile can appreciate [redacted] 's frustration, this is an issue best that can only be resolved with [redacted] since that is who the contract is with.After reviewing the deal it appears that we did everything that we had agreed toWhile I'm not completely sure where the confusion is on the overage cost from ***, see no paperwork indicating that we were going to include it in the new lease costIf there is anything else required of us please feel free to contact me directlyThank you.Respectfully,Justin S.Sales Manager

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Apparently the initial grievance was not dealt with properly and totally ignored The way this contract was handled was as clear as mud I was not told that there would be continuing cost, (payments out of my [redacted] account), after the new lease was constituted by Faulkner Dodge This was my initial difficulty with the handling by this dealership I was deceived in the way that I was lead to continue the new lease I am sure the responder has every intention to push the responsibility off to another entity [redacted] is only the backer, but the issuer and dealer of such contracts should disclose every detail as to the total outcome of the contract in its entirety I was totally under the assumption given with assurance that when I drove away with the new lease I was totally done with the other (***) lease I did not believe I was dealing with incompetence, thus leaving with peace of mind that the deal was complete and the other (***) lease annulled, done, complete, well give it your own finality If the response that I was given from Faulkner was the outcome, I can only hope they will look at the employee who gave such a atrocious answer to the utter failure in this matter I was not at all pleased with the way Faulkner handled the aftermath of this egregious offensive business transaction The motto TO BE SURE is only a lie according to how I was treated I would like them to pay all payments and fees that I have had to pay after I was (to be sure) that the deal was done only to be fooled and (not sure) of anythingLet us see this matter as it is truly incompetence and maybe a lot of ignorance in handling leasing contracts.Regards, [redacted]
