Dear Revdex.com:This written notification is in response to case ID # ***, customer name *** * ***,VIN *** *** ***.The vehicle was Inspected in our shop on 6/9/and was free of any defects at that timeNo check engine light was
illuminated at this timeThe customer returned to our shop on or about 6/10/for a check engine light concernOur Technician connected the PGMFI tester and found stored fault codes P300, P301, Pand PThe diagnoses trouble tree recommended replacing all four spark plugsThe Technician removed and replaced all four spark plugs, re-set the fault codes and test drove, This repair was done at no charge to the customerOperation was at that time,According to the documents supplied by complainant, the vehicle ran free of any problems for just over three months and approximately 5,milesThe complainant never returned to our facility for any subsequent concernsAll documents provided are from aftermarket merchants.The written warranty for the vehicle in question was for days or 3,miles, whichever occurred first, Also, this warranty was Powertrain components only and would not have Covered any of the parts or services purchased by the complainant,At this time, Faulkner Dodge/Ram denies any responsibility for failures outside of any written or expressed warranty component coverages.Service Manager, Faulkner Dodge/Ram

I am rejecting this response because: the car  was running poorly   since day one which means to me that they put the car on lot without inspecting it. my complaint at this point is that they review their inspection practices or retrain their service staff    I am dropping this matter because  it would be fruitless. I am hoping my experience will prevent someone else from dealing with the dealership named in the complaint. had my car been running fine up till now I wouldn't even have notified the Revdex.com I understand buyer beware. However not to beat a dead horse the car did not run since day one . AND THEY KNEW IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Review: I BOUGHT THIS CAR IN JUNE THE DAY I BROUGHT IT HOME CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS FLASHING SO I LIMP TO THE DEALERSHIP IN QUESTION THEY PUT A SET OF PLUGS IN AND CLEARED THE CODES AND SENT ME ON MY WAY. NOW JUST OUTSIDE OF MILEAGE WARRANTY NOT TIME WARRANTY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON NO MATTER WHAT I DUE IT COMES ON OR FLASHES. MY COMPLAINT IS THEY COULD NOT HAVE INSPECTED THIS CAR I DID MY DUE DILIGENCE AS MUCH AS ONE CAN WITHOUT CALLING THE PREVIOUS OWNER THAT INFO. WAS NOT AVAILABLE TO ME. ANOTHER DEALERSHIP WAS MORE HELPFUL TO ME ON THE PHONE THEN MY DEALERSHIP WAS TO ME IN PERSON. IVE CHANGED PLUGS COILS COILWIRES AND STILL THE PROBLEM EXISTS. AND NOW IM HEARING FUNNY TICKING NOISES FROM THE EXHAUST SYSTEM NOT SURE IF THATS ANYTHING THAT JUST MAY BE THE HEAT SHIELD COOLING DOWN BUT I DONT KNOW IF ALL THE ABOVE PROBLEMS ARE EFFECTING THE CATYLITIC CONVERTER. I TOLD THE DEALERSHIP THE DAY ID BROUGHT IT IN FOR SERVICE THAT I APOLIGIZED FOR BEING SO UPSET. AND I TOLD MY SALESPERSON MAYBE THIS IS AN OPPORTUNITY TO BUILD SOME TRUST. AFTER ALL THIS....MAYBE NOTDesired Settlement: I WANT THE CAR GONE OVER THOROUGHLY I WANT THE PROBLEMS FIXED AND MY MONEY REFUNDED FOR THE REPAIRS THAT IVE PAYED-OUT. IF! THIS CAR IS TRULY A LEMON I WANT IT REPLACED THANK YOU

No check engine light was illuminated at this time. The customer returned to our shop on or about 6/10/14 for a check engine light concern. Our Technician connected the PGMFI tester and found stored fault codes P300, P301, P303 and P304. The diagnoses trouble tree recommended replacing all four spark plugs. The Technician removed and replaced all four spark plugs, re-set the fault codes and test drove, This repair was done at no charge to the customer. Operation was normal at that time,According to the documents supplied by complainant, the vehicle ran free of any problems for just over three months and approximately 5,346 miles. The complainant never returned to our facility for any subsequent concerns. All documents provided are from aftermarket merchants.The written warranty for the vehicle in question was for 90 days or 3,000 miles, whichever occurred first, Also, this warranty was Powertrain components only and would not have Covered any of the parts or services purchased by the complainant,At this time, Faulkner Dodge/Ram denies any responsibility for failures outside of any written or expressed warranty component coverages.Service Manager, Faulkner Dodge/Ram
