I am partially rejecting this response because:Although I'll retract that bait & switch tactics were used, I think my attached email proves that I was not 2 hours & 30 minutes late for my appointment considering it was a 2:00pm appointment, and I was about 15-20 minutes away when I received their email. I know that makes no difference, and I won't press the issue of needing any action taken, because I am happy with my new vehicle. I just wanted to clarify that their reply isn't 100% honest. I was also not immediately told there was another buyer, until I wanted to test drive the vehicle, but again, moot point.
