I was contacted late yesterday evening by *** *** of Bravi Design Based on concern that our complaint filed with the Revdex.com would be made public today he proposed that if Bravo could be granted an extension to next Friday June 30th at 5pm to complete a list of their remaining
responsibilities we would agree to request a postponement of said publication.My husband and I have agreed to postponing this complaint pending the successful completion of the following items by next Friday (6/30/@ 5pm): Install solid wood barn doors and selected hardware Restore all damaged wood flooring in entry, restroom, dining room and what may be created by installation of barn doors Finish wood trim along metal backsplash Repair nicks to finish on white and gray cabinetsProvide white and gray cabinet touch up paint Repay client for purchase of ceiling tile (dining room & kitchen) $- based on proposal, not upgrades Homeowners will receive reports/letters from A-1Engineering site visits regarding removal of load bearing wall and door frame movement.I have been unsuccessful in my attempts to contact you at *** *** *** several times this afternoon (busy signal) to advise of this development and to request a delay in any publication until Bravi has an opportunity to make good on these promises.Please feel free to contact me at ***.Thank you,*** ***
