I am rejecting this response because:
[redacted] False advertising of the wrx  ...For some mysterious reason Faulkner Subaru lost the web listing .... ??  Maybe Douglas will comment on this or avoid this one as usual[redacted] Deceptive down payment scam .. Faulkner thus far unable to provide any proof of a " required and demanded " down payment needed to [redacted] .. Bank  as shown on loan application countered $ 1,00.00 less then requested loan amount due to a high " LVR " ratio ... This was a complete scam " bait and switch " move for Faulkner to obtain and get money up front .. The bank also confirmed there was NO depository agreement ....In previous emails with Faulkner , I have one in particular from a finance manager stating that " the bank demanded" the $1,000.00 down payment .. lol...Now the stories have changed to its what faulkner themselves needed to cut the deal .. I was lied to .[redacted] Failed to disclose the " repair safety order " at time of actual purchase , .. Faulkner claims they disclosed all information .. No they did not ... Good thing they videoed the sales transaction because it would clearly show ... My signature is not on it as well .. [redacted] Failed to disclose the actual carfax at time of sale .. the one Douglas attached in his recent response is the current one .. once again another non disclosed document without my signature [redacted] I was lied to by Faulkner Subaru , they sold me an unsafe vehicle with multiple issues of safety repairs needed that was not DISCLOSED  to me .. [redacted] I have every single email transaction from the time this started , not to mention saved voicemails and text messages from the actual salesperson and staff .. confirming , condition of car , bank loan details ..I will be forwarding all of them to Revdex.com regional office ..    Douglas will not comment on key issues as he continues to avoid ..
[redacted] This was a complete" Breach of contract" due to deceptive actions , non compliant , Not disclosing all information therefore the $ 1,200.00 shall be returned ..[redacted] Please note : Douglas says , " we did nothing wrong "in regards to the request of a plan of action letter  .. Im sure a few agencies involved in this can help him in writing one ..
