WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE !! DO NOT GO HERE ! GO TO ACE DRIVING SCHOOL!! BETTER PRICES QUICK AND ON YOUR TIME .Mr.[redacted] is very deceiving & cocky. He was unorganized, unprofessional and not to mention very rude! He even took the time to argue with me! After one driving lesson (that didn't count) he told me I will see you on Wednesday. Never showed and ignored my calls. After trying to contact him on Thursday he answered claiming he was sick and could not take me to drive till Monday. Well Monday came around I woke up to a text from [redacted] saying " sorry [redacted] I forgot about another student that didn't finish their course. You will have to wait till September to finish your course." Not to mention I had a check for $600 prior to all of this . According to other reviews and the Revdex.com they have had a total of 7 reports of people not reciving their money after they paid [redacted]. The police has been involved multiple times. I'm just happy I didn't waist $600 .
My daughter just completed her Teen Driver course in preparation for obtaining her driving permit, and our family's experience was so positive I felt compelled to submitt a review.
I was incredibly impressed with the organization and professionalism displayed by all the Faulkner employees. I also appreciated they were accessible when I needed them and proactive in reaching out my family. My daughter indicated that the instructors were able to present less-than-exciting material in a relaxed and entertaining way, were friendly yet maintained control of the classroom, and created a comfortable environment she enjoyed entering. As a parent, after meeting the instructors I had no reservations my daughter was in safe hands. I reserved space in advance but opted to pay at the first class, and even though there was a price increase in the months since the reservation was made, they honored the earlier price without question.
