in our facility. The processing fee/deposit is used to process the necessary state paperwork required and to hold a “spot” for the child within our program. Many of our age groups are at capacity and any “spot” opening up is in demand.I investigated the complainant’s statement and cannot justify not returning their processing fee/deposit. There was no paperwork processed and no individual “spot” was held for their child.It is unfortunate that the complainant felt it necessary to contact your bureau. Our schools have been in business in the Cincinnati area for over 17 years and are operated by a management group, Children’s Business Services, that handles any issues.We are issuing a refund check today in the full amount of $100.00.
