Review: An agreement was made with the above contractor to have items installed as part of an oil to gas heating/water system conversion. The first portion of the installation was completed in october 2013; all except the installation of an automatic water feeder for the gas boiler. It was explained that the system woudl need to run for approximately 4 weeks and then the contractor would return to install the feeder. as of 4/15/14 this has not bee done. I also contacted the contractor in January of 2014 due to my heating thermostat not reaching beyond 68 degrees during one of our colder weeks of this past winter. It was discussed that he would order nozzles for my radiators as well as insulation for the piping connected to the gas boiler that was installed. On February 2, 2014 the contractor visited my home and did replace 2 of the nozzles but stated that I needed a few more and that the wrong part was ordered. He was give $310 to purchase the nozzles and insulation. It was agreed that he would accompany his son to my home the following day to install the insulators and feeder. I have contacted him several times since this date. I have left voice messages, and personally spoke to him making arragements for time slots for him to finish the work but he never came. I feel as though I have been very compassionate to his situation as he expressed having some health issues within his family. But after several unreturned calls and forwarding my calls to v-mail. I decided I have done more than enough to resolve this on my own.Desired Settlement: I would like the above stated products to be installed as agreed. If this is not possible than I wish to receive a refund.
