I hired this company to paint my kitchen and bath cabinets. I'll list the issues with no resolution other than excuses as to why this company is not at fault.

• tape applied to walls in both rooms damaged the paint when peeled off. Both rooms.
• rehung and reattached cabinet door & drawers crooked and stripped hardware while doing so
• Paint on ceilings and over spray from paint brushed on walls
• paint on granite countertops
• We were told the hinges could be painted (we should have known better). Paint was peeling off before the hinges were reattached
•underneath of cabinets were not painted. She did swipe the paint brush over them we when complained.
• did not paint around and the refrigerator and stove. All part of the cabinets. She said it wouldn't be seen. Estimate states all outside surfaces of cabinet would be painted
• Turns out the paint is NOT durable enough for cabinets. It is now (5 months later) separating and chipping away from the cabinets.
If anyone wants a list of excuses, juts let me know. And I have photos to prove it all.
I was hoping the company would stand behind it work and make it all right. Per our agreement the bill was discounted after so many disputes about the job, now she says she will not honor the 12 month warranty because we did not pay in full. BUT first she said the cabinets separating is the woods fault, now she says she won't fix it...WHAT?

She arrived when she said she would and if she was going to be late she would let you know which I appreciated. The transformation her painting did is amazing it's a new kitchen, and she even came back and did a small touch-up when our contractor chipped one of the doors. I would recommend [redacted] to do faux painting we are very pleased with her work.

She always cleaned up at the end of the work-day and left my kitchen functional throughout the process. Most importantly, my cabinets look amazing! I now have a modern-looking kitchen, without the time, mess, and expense of a remodel.
