Faux Illusions

Attached is a Stop Work Order Agreement letter that the client wanted to sign that ends our relationship, stops all communication, legal and collection action Signed by me on 1/12/and accepted by her in form of her payment of negotiated amount also on 1/12/2015.Also attached my
explanation of what happened and why I will not agree to compensate this woman in any other way I have abided by this agreement and she has not It is also not my decision for her to redo or fix her kitchen cabinets and I should have no responsibility in that decision The cabinet job was completed, the punch list was completed leaving only a few items that the husband said he would complete Again not my decision I have been in this business for years and have not once been called back to fix/redo any project due to product failure or quality of my work More explanation in the attaced word document.Also attached copies of email and text messages from this client berating me multiple times in a way that you would expect of a grade schooler I will not compensate this woman any further It was not my decision for her to redo her kitchen and I am not responsible for paying for that whether it be a repair or a complete redo Quite honestly if anything needed to be redone it would be two side panels that may have become damaged during the countertop installation which I am guessing didn't happen until April or May Only assuming because May is when she updated her complaint about me on *** Again I have been in business for years with no complaints or bad reviews until I worked with this woman I did also have another client this year where I completed the work and no problem at all until I asked for the final payment I happen to know this client also had issues with a previous decorative painter who had to accept a short payment as well and the other client I am dealing with brags that she has lawsuits pending with people who worked on her house that she has either refused to pay or short paid.Your system only allows attachments I have more attachements I can send to you related to this project if you need them One of these attachments either above or one yet to be sent, I will send via email, shows that I offered to complete her punch list items and she refused to let me into the home to do so
