Hoping this is the correct way to respond. I already fixed the runs that were on his door. The only thing I cannot do is the topcoat. It needs be be above 50 degrees for several days. If it drops below freezing at all in the 30 days of curing (even at night) it will most likely turn white and crack prematurely. When the weather is permanently warm enough I do not know. My schedule is dictated by weather. Other issues he has complained about we discussed before the job was scheduled and he agreed to take care of so I am not addressing.  As far as potential spots on his driveway, they can be cleaned up in a matter of seconds with a wire brush and water. He stated in his first letter he cleaned them up already. If I'm missing anything let me know.   Thank you,[redacted] ###-###-####*Revdex.com Requested A Time Frame to Finish:It can vary by 2-3 months. Generally I do not even attempt any jobs until May. Thank you,[redacted] ###-###-####

[redacted], Thank you for reaching out via email vs snail mail.  My business operates from Spring till Fall.  I operate seasonal and my proprietary 8 layer finish with products I developed only work in temperatures above 50 degrees at any point in time (including overnight).  My finish...

takes about 4-5 days on average with 6-8 layers.  So I typically can not work into November.  Today is the first day back at a computer since I spoke with you, I tried to write something from my phone, but kept getting interrupted. Again, this is my travel and off time. The issue with [redacted] was his lack of patience or understanding of my process.  When he saw my work on a neighbors home he contacted me to do his home.  I was already pretty well booked up for the entire year.  His neighbor had been waiting over 4 months and I had missed completing her job for a party she wanted it completed for because of the 2 months of rain we had.  [redacted] and his neighbor are unusually far away from my normal service area.  He is over an hour away from where I live and most of my work. So I tried to get him done and off my schedule before some of the people which were scheduled long before him, but closer to me in case weather changed and I had issues.  Keep in mind I work 12-16 hours a day, 7 days  a week.  Driving to his home in time, is 4 jobs I can not complete just in driving time. So the issues became very apparent when he was contacting me prematurely before I did his job, because I told him I'd do my best to get him squeezed in.  Upon completion of his job, yes he contacted me about a run underneath the topcoat.  I agreed to come out and take care of it.  I advised him that I still had many jobs already scheduled before him that I needed to take care of.  Once the weather turns too cold, I can not do my finish. I told him, no problem, I would take care of the run in his door under the finish, but the earliest I could get out there was November before thanksgiving.  So he continues to call me, many times, bothering me while I work right after we speak.. weeks before November. Many times he calls and I have to repeat myself each time.... I will take care of it, just can't until November sometime, I have 20-30 clients ahead of you in my schedule for the original date.  He continues to call, so the last couple times I have to start ignoring his calls because the calls are weeks before I tell him I am even remotely available.  His very last call/voicemail to me was Nov 4.  Still weeks before I tell him I could attempt weather permitting to fix a run. So I never received a call around the time I told him I would be free and I had a job that was 2 weeks late for a cabinet job out of town.  I felt very harassed by him by his passive aggressiveness to reach out to me constantly prematurely to when I said I would be available. I knew I could only do one of the couple steps need to fix his door due to weather anyhow.  If this gentleman had contacted me in an appropriate manner or time, I would have had no issues with handling a run between us. So he decides to write the Revdex.com of KC to complain about something I said I would take care of.  [redacted] then lies about paint on the driveway (we don't use white paint and we put tarps down when we work).  My company only paints doors.  We do not paint houses. His trim and transom above his front door was red to match the old front door.  I explained before we started the job that we do not paint.  He agreed he would paint that or hire someone else to do it.  It even says on my website that we do not paint or do repairs to damaged items.  My company does a special 6-8 step process on doors, but we do not paint and we do not use paint in our process.  He never once relayed anything beyond a run under my finish in his front door. So any complaint above having a run under the finish (which some of the runs I fixed were under the red paint), but yes there were some from some of the graining process.  This happens in the creation of natural gaining and faux process on vertical surfaces.  Much of them do not show up until it has a topcoat with a sheen. Upon receiving a letter from the Revdex.com, I contacted him immediately and fixed what I could with the door as soon as I was available, but I can not finish all steps due to the cold.  Just like I told him from the start of the issue.  He has not taken the time to listen or understand my process.  I can not do anything beyond what I have done.  I have gone above and beyond to put him in front of other clients, and take his countless calls, until I had to stop accepting them due to interruption of my business.  He wants me to do things I was not hired to do and fix paint spills that were there from previous painters. This man has lied to the Revdex.com and I do not bend over backwards just for people who wish to put up bad reviews to gain better service. I am an artist and a one man show that bends over backwards for my clients until they harass me. Once I contacted him, he said he would contact the Revdex.com and say that it was handled, but I see that he exaggerated the situation and didn't resolve the situation.  I have over a  thousand happy clients over ten years and all my finishes look great to this day.  This man wants a written warranty over and beyond the miraculous ability for my finish to last 3-5 times longer than any one else's... This man can not be pleased and I will surely not put anything in writing, cause people like him would sue me for no reason.  I have always stood behind my product and will never jeopardize my name for a dollar. Thank you,[redacted]###-###-####
