I am incredibly sorry that *** feels her experience with us was an unpleasant one. As a company that prides itself on our professionalism and client/customer satisfaction, I can assure you that we take this matter very seriously. Nevertheless, there are a couple of key points that I would like to bring up that I feel were misrepresented in this complaint.

First, I believe it is very important to note that *** listed the subject property during the inception of the Corona Virus Pandemic. Almost immediately after the property was listed, the state of New York began to affect a series of social distancing regulations in order to slow the spread of the highly contagious Covid-19 virus. As we all know, a multitude of employees and businesses were negatively effected by these new regulations that were designed to keep people safe by keeping them indoors and out of the company of others. NY State Realtors are no different. We were declared as non-essential workers which obviously prohibited us from personally showing properties to potential buyers. This obviously was a set back (to say the least), but as always we were ready, willing and able to roll with the punches and market the property virtually as we did for the an abundance of other clients that we were working with at that time.

Despite our wishes to continue marketing the property, the client expressed to *** that she wanted to take a break from actively marketing the property to buyers and take some time to decide what her next move was. As always, we complied with our clients wishes and came to a mutual agreement to change the status of the property to "Temporarily off the Market" while we allowed the seller time to figure out how she wanted to proceed with her home sale. A second conversation did, in fact, ensue as it simply seemed that there was some confusion as to what a "temporarily off the market" status means. It is imperative to note that we were adamantly clear that a temporarily off the market status does not equate to a release (which Mrs Mcdonald had still not expressed that she wanted at the time). It seemed as if we came to an agreement at this point (yet again) that we would not actively advertise the property to the public, but that the property would still be listed with Fave Realty while we awaited the seller to give us the green light when she was ready to proceed.

As stated before, our reputation for professionalism and customer satisfaction is our utmost priority at Fave Realty. I believe our reputation speaks for itself and we pride ourselves on the plethora of loyal customers who utilize our services with enthusiasm and confidence knowing that we ALWAYS have their best interests at heart and go above and beyond for them 100% of the time. I am sincerely sorry that what seems to be an unfortunate miscommunication and a globally devastating pandemic has led a client to feel that we were operating in a way that is not reflective of our exemplary reputation. I truly regret the miscommunication and understand these times are very difficult for everyone; ourselves included.

It is my utmost wish to clear this confusion & continue servicing *** in her home sale to the best of our ability. I wish nothing, but love and positivity for all during these trying times. God bless you and I truly hope this letter serves to clear up any confusion.

Reese K and the whole Fave company are the best in the business. My agent not only was always available for any questions I had , but always made sure I knew every step of the process and walked me through it all. They helped me find my home quickly and efficiently. Definitely recommend!

I worked with a lot of realtors and this one was one of the worse,
very shady practice, sending forgeries documents with forged signatures , not following up with the banks and clients when needed.
If you want to have a piece of mind and no headaches , stay away from them !!!
The owner Reese who is starting to scream and yell when I face him and trying to explain that what he is doing is wrong. Hope he will lose his license and wont scam people any more.

This FALSE complaint seems like a POOR attempt to slander my name and the name of my company.
I have a question I would like to ask the individual claiming to be making a complaint:
What realtor were you dealing with that your making these claims about? You made mention of my name, but Not the realtor's name.
I have no idea who Vlad I. is. I've NEVER dealt with nor had a conversation with this individual. This is a absolute ridiculous claim, which is 100% false!

+1

We put in an offer on a bank owned foreclosure property on 9/*/17 to Rahreese K at Fave Realty Inc. Mr. K is the one working with this foreclosure property. The property was scheduled to go to auction on 9//17. The same day we spoke to owner and he said that Mr. K never told him of our offer on his home and never put in our offer to Caliber bank. The owner would have a potential buyer for the bank. Mr. K actions are unethical and dishonest; he willfully sat on our offer and said or did nothing to the owner or with the bank.

This situation is a big misunderstanding. *** after *** submitted the offer for: ***, I presented the offer immediately to the seller. At the time, due to the seller's tenant and health issues, I was getting a poor response from him. Regardless, every time your agent: *** would call or email, I would answer or respond. Also, this listing is NOT a bank owned foreclosure property. It is owned by my seller/client: ***. So your offer would never need to be presented to the bank: Caliber.Recently, I have tried to have a meeting with you and the seller, but the meeting was canceled by you stating that seller didn't want to have the meeting. I am doing everything to resolve this situation in an amicable manner.
