We contacted Mrs*** and set the date 11/9/for the general manager and technicians to take care of the mortarOn 11/9/We were able to get the areas repaired and the mortar color to matchCustomer was pleased with the work and the crew

Understanding the stress and frustration that comes with car related problems we'd like to offer you 50% off the cost to repair your damages. Although we're unable to resolve how or when your vent was broken we at Volkswagen of The Woodlands pride ourselves on our customer service and certainly appreciate your business. Because there is no need for the technician to touch the air conditioning vents does not mean someone did notI HAVE PICTURES WITH THE BROKEN PIECES STILL IN THE VENTAccidents happen and the dealership cannot account for all employees who had access to the carThis is a VW not Rolls Royce, it is very inexpensive to replace a vent and I would have no problem replacing it if I was the one who broke it but it is unreasonable for me to pay to repair damages that were done while it was at the dealershipwe are going back and forth about a repair that is less than $I can go on social media and give you a bad review for handling the situation poorly and that could deter future customers which will cost you more in the end, Please reply with a reasonable resolution so that we can resolve this minor issueThank you

We contacted Mrs. [redacted]  and set the date 11/9/17 for the general manager and 2 technicians to take care of the mortar. On 11/9/17 We were able to get the areas repaired and the mortar color to match. Customer was pleased with the work and the crew.

Ms. [redacted] vehicle was in the dealership on Saturday 5/30/2015 and repaired on Repair Order #[redacted].  A battery was replaced, tires rotated and a recall install wiring update for a headlight.  During the process of completing the work there was never a need for the technician...

to touch the air conditioning vents.  All repairs were done from the outside of the vehicle.  Battery replacement and headlight repairs were complete with under hood access.  Clean-up department only washes the exterior of the vehicle so there is no need for the air conditioner vent to be touched.   During the process of the repairs and clean up the only time an employee would have entered the vehicle was to drive it from point to point.  We apologize that her vent is broken but at no time would there have been any reason to enter the right side of the vehicle, or to adjust the air conditioner vents.
