Hello [redacted] My name is [redacted] and I am on the Customer Support team here at FavorI reviewed the order in questionWhile I completely understand where you are coming from here, it does look like our policies were followedIf a Runner is unable to get in contact with a customer, it is standard practice for them to leave the food at the doorThis is better than the alternative of holding on to and disposing of the itemsIf we cannot get in touch with you, we want to do our best to complete the delivery regardless, hence, leaving the items at the doorYou are welcome to contact us at [redacted] if you have any follquestions.Regards,

The promotion that the customer cited in their initial complaint was clearly marked as requiring a tip for the delivery driver who facilitated the deliveryWe have verified that the customer had the promotion correctly applied to their transaction and was just charged for the suggested tipThe customer would have also received a copy of this receipt via their email after the charge was successful

I am rejecting this response because:
I was NOT in Austin at the time of the orderI told this to FavorThey say there is a written record of the person who ordered and the driver? What was it? They told me the driver said I was heavy set, and had a beard..I am not heavy, I am a trainer in great shape...and I have never had a beardThis is fraud...and I am not paying itNo food was orderd or received that night...I was in the air from a trip in NYCTerrible customer service.

A complaint was filed regarding “Billing or Collection Issues” on December 15, by the customer at issue.This customer claimed that they were charged for an order that they did not placeThe customer contacted our Customer Support team to request a refundPer company policy, all
refund requests are sent to our Fraud department to assess the validity of the request.After further investigation by our Customer Support & Fraud department, we determined that the request for refund was invalid and therefore no refund was issuedThis determination was based on multiple factors including: the order was placed through this customer’s personal Favor account, the order was placed through the device associated with the customer’s phone number (as provided to Favor Delivery), and the order was successfully delivered to the address associated with the customer’s Favor Delivery accountIn addition, we have a written record of communication between the delivery person and the customer during the delivery period, where the delivery person and the customer corresponded regarding the order Due to the above reasons, we did not approve the refund request.If additional information is needed, please contact our HR team at ***Sincerely,*** *** * ** ***

I am rejecting this response because:
I never agreed to that. During the initial transaction when they tried to charge me I called the driver. She said she spoke with the company and I would not be charged anything! I was told I'd be credited and NOTHING would be charged. Then I get charged weeks later? I want my money back!
