personally remember filling out the page myself) via our automated system on our web host but it looks like it never went through. I have never done another one of these and had never done one before so I am not sure where it went wrong but we are looking into that for future customers in need of credits. We had believed that the person handling emails at the time was responding to all issues but it looks like you were not receiving reply's and that is not what our policy is and we apologize for this. Our customers are incredibly important to us and we are sorry that the service was lacking and inadequate. BUYER BEWARE! Ordered a diaper bag and mat combo which retails almost $400! After weeks of no confirmation and not being able to get ahold of the company I had to try and dispute through bank. Becky, the owner I assume, finally got in touch and gave me many excuses and told me my order would be shipped the next day. More weeks pass and I yet again couldn’t get in touch and never received anything. Becky again gave me more excuses and said she confused my order with someone else’s. This went on for months! I placed my order in December and it’s now march and I’m sitting her so disappointed and unable to get ahold of the company once again. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a company.

Fawn and Cub has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered my mat on 12/19/17 and it arrived without the shoulder strap. Two months later I am still waiting for it after being promised TWICE they were putting it in the mail the next day. And they only respond to every fourth email or so. Very unprofessional.

I am disappointed in this company’s lack of honest communication. I’ve had my bag only for 5 months and it’s fallong apart. I’ve contacted Becky via email multiple times but there is always an excuse on her end. She was kind enough to send me a new bag however I have not received it. It’s been two weeks since her last email that she had sent out a new bag to replace. The quality is poor and the customer service does not add up to the pricey tag of this diaper bag. False advertisement of a quality handmade bag to last and grow with a family. Utterly dussaponted.

Absolutely the worst customer service I had ever delt with! They were kind enough to give me a discount on a new bag after the one I originally bought was stolen from my house, but after that all corespondence with them was awful. The bag they sent me came with a hole in it & did not come with a shoulder strap. When I contacted the company about these issues I was told a shoulder strap would be sent out & then toldthat they would ship me a replacement bag. Once receiving the shoulder strap in the mail, it didn’t have postage paid on it so I had to pay the $4.25 postage to receive the shoulder strap that was supposed to come with my bag. Then several months & emails later, there is still no replacement bag, after being told it would be sent out (that day of our last email, sometime early October) & no refund on my shoulder strap (I was told I’d be reimbursed for that). I have emailed repeatedly trying to communicate my frustrations with no response whatsoever.
It’s a shame because I do love my bag & mat & get asked about it all the time, but you can be sure I will never recommend this company to anyone again. Completely unprofessional!

Oh my gosh I am having the same horrible customer service issues! I feel like I’ve just been lied to over and over again. NO ONE SHOULD EVER BUY THEIR PRODUCTS. Such a disappointment!
