I thought I was signing up for a trial subscription, but then I was charged $142.80. I tried to use the fax service online but my fax was never sent. I immediately requested a refund and was told that I could not have a refund and would have to continue to use a service that doesn't work.
Refund I would like a full refund. I never received any service.
