Review: I went to fayco a couple weeks before my wedding which was July 27th 2013. I reserved 30 white folding chairs for 1.75 a piece. Mike showed my husband and I the chair and it was filthy and I said "Will they be clean?" And Mike said yes. So we paid in full almost 56 dollars for the chairs. The Friday before the wedding my husband picked the chairs up without me because I was trying to get everything else done for the wedding the following day. A couple hours later we got together and he showed me the chairs and the were rusted and filthy. So I called fayco and spoke to Mike and he let me talk to Giget the owner. I simply told her I would like the chairs cleaned because u was told they would be clean. She started screaming telling me they do not clean their chairs and I would not get a full refund. I put her on speaker phone and let my mother and three sister listen to her screaming. I told her this is my wedding I would like clean chairs or a full refund because we had only had the chairs for a couple hours and didn't use them. But she continued screamed and the hung up on me. July 29 my sister in law took the chairs back for me and was explaining what happened and the man told my sister in law he was going to have her removed from the store. My sister in law asked him to call the owner in front of her because she wanted to see what he would say. The owner then told her to give a partial refund and told her to leave. I was extremely upset having to deal with this the day before my wedding and had to find replacement chairs.Desired Settlement: We wanted a full refund considering we had not used the chairs. They were only willing to give us a partial refund.

I am responding to a complaint letter that I received the assigned ID# is [redacted]. The customer [redacted] had rented 30 white chairs for her event on july, 27th 2013. Prior to her event she had stopped in and looked at the style of chair that she would like, at that time we discussed her getting the chairs with delivery and set-up and our policies on the chairs and cleaning them, our policy that was explained to her is that if you pay for delivery and set up of our white chairs that we will provide the best looking clean chair as we possibly can, at that time she did not want to pay for our services she just wanted to pay for the chair, On the day of pick up her husband came to pick the chairs up, at that time he accepted the chairs in their condition (the condition would have been what ever was left from the previous rental, finger prints, glitter, tape or other minor blemishes.) and signed our contract. Later that day [redacted] had called us very hot tempered and loud on the phone, and making demands, at that time we reminded her of our set up policy and offered to clean the chairs if she would bring them in for us to do so. The conversation at that point got very nasty and she demanded a full refund, we then told her that if she returned the chairs the next morning before her event that we would discuss a refund after we looked at the chairs. We did not get the chairs back on Saturday or did we get them back before their scheduled return time on monday, the return time is by 9:30 am, we received the chairs back at 2:58 pm. I then got a phone call from my counter staff stating that a woman was in our showroom making a big scene about a refund, at that time I instructed the counterperson to give her a refund of $.75 per chair, that was without me seeing the chairs at all, so she got a $23.85 refund on a $55,65 sale and she was still not happy. I made every attempt to keep her satisfied. The next day we received posts on our facebook page and on the connellsville sales, trades, and wants facebook page, talking about this transaction, I kept copies of the posts of these people and their comments bashing my business and them trying to deter any future business that is done locally, she chose defamation as the answer.
