I made an appointment with Fayette AC & Sheetmetal for June 24, 2016, to have my AC serviced using their coupon for $I asked if they could tell me if they could tell me if it was going to be in the morning or afternoonI was informed they did not know what their schedule was yet, but I would be called before they came out
The 24th came and went without even a phone call; and now days later, still no call
I do not know how a business can stay in business, if this is their practice

I was informed they did not know what their schedule was yet, but I would be called before they came out.
The 24th came and went without even a phone call; and now 6 days later, still no call.
I do not know how a business can stay in business, if this is their normal practice.
