2nd, we are unable to continue to serve as your children's dentist due to multiple missed appointments (i.e. no show) and cancellations without a timely notice provided. A copy of office policy concerning rescheduling and missed appointments, which included possible charges and/or dismissal from the practice for missed appointments, was provided to you on 12/16/15 and a signed copy of your acknowledgment of this policy is on file dated 12/16/15.
We understand and share in your disappointment surrounding this situation. As discussed, we will continue to treat your family on an emergency basis until December 5th, 2016. In addition, no additional charges were applied to your account for the missed appointments and all deposits for planned care were refunded in full. As discussed, we are happy to transfer your family's records to a new provider of your choosing upon request.

I do not accept this response. I had finally found a dentist that my children loved and they kick us out because of things that are out of our control. I know the office policy and I do remember signing however I had thought that was for people that did it without a real reason, unlike us. We can't exactly bring our children in when our insurance is in limbo because of the state or because their primary physician says he's too sick for surgery. Would you have liked us to just come in and not have insurance to bill or allow you to operate on a sick child? This is absolutely ridiculous. I'm not interested in hearing how hard your job is. If you don't like it find a different one. I can 100% guarantee you both my and my husband's jobs are much harder than what it takes to schedule appointments and we get paid significantly less. So the sob story of how hard it is for you doesn't cut it.

Our appointment policy is provided upfront and acknowledge by signature on file as missed appointments or cancellations without a timely notice takes away the opportunity for other children in the community to receive required dental care services (as some have been waiting weeks and months for certain treatment openings). Multiple violations of the appointment policy, for any reason, are grounds for dismissal. In review of this particular situation, Dr. [redacted] has agreed to reactive your family for future routine care visits but your immediate needs coordinate with an alternate provider. We'll be reaching out in the next few days to discuss and clarify your options for continued treatment at our office.

I am rejecting this response because:  [redacted] requesting that the DataMiner fees be refunded is not the same as fees refunded.  I will not consider this issue closed until the full $138.75 that was incorrectly billed to me is refunded and my account is CLOSED.Saying that I never called is just not true.  I called [redacted] twice one week after we met and never got a call back.  When I discovered that I had been incorrectly billed, I called the 1-800 number on my bank account as I had no idea why or where it was coming from, only then to find out that it was for merchant card services.  At that point, I asked for my money to be refunded and my account to closed immediately.  Merchant's choice told me I would have to pay a cancellation fee (NEVER mentioned in my meeting with [redacted]).  After explaining this to them, they informed me that they were creating an issue ticket that will be sent over to Direct Processing Solutions and that I would get a call from them within 48 hours.  It's been 6 days and I never heard from [redacted] or anybody from Direct Processing Solutions and given the shady nature of what transpired didn't expect to.  The reference number for my issue ticket is [redacted].  That is why I had to resort to filing a Revdex.com complaint.  Thank you Revdex.com.  Furthermore, I never received an email about Dataminer services.  I was explicitly told that there would never be any monthly or annual fees and most certainly was not advised about having to look out for an email and if I didn't see the email and reject the services that I would start getting charged.I was VERY clear that I was currently using [redacted] and would only consider merchant card service if there were and never would be any monthly or annual fees.  I'd also like to note that I have not used nor ever attempted to use any services from Direct Processing Solutions and/or Merchant's Choice.  A review of my account will show NO transaction activity and no login activity by me (how could I login if I didn't know my password or even how to get to the website?).As soon as the full $138.75 is refunded and my account is CLOSED, I am happy to close this complaint.  Until then, the complaint is unresolved.
