This business is very poorly run, especially the office management. I called to get info and they either never got back to me or were extremely rude. This is very poor customer service. Also they are attempting to cause problems for other vendors in their field instead of doing the right thing by providing good service. I am specifically speaking about my dealings with the so called office manager. She is one rude lady! If I were the owners, I would seriously look into her behavior. She is driving away business with her smart mouth. I am a long time business owner and will never do business with them again due to this and not to mention their less than competitive rates. As you can see they are NOT accredited with the Revdex.com and have the LOWEST rating at an F! Please everyone heed my warning about this pos company!

Review: I am a customer currently paying for trash removal from this company. I have been at this address for a little less than one year. In that time this company has failed to pick up my trash on eight (8) different occasions. I have contacted them prior to this and they assured me they would pick up my trash the next day. This never happened. I tried contacting them again after this last time and they will not even answer me this time. I pay a lot of money for a service I am not receiving. I have security cameras all around my house that show them picking up the neighbors trash but not mine. My trash is set at the end of my driveway with their stickers clearly visible. My bill is always paid and it is up to date.Desired Settlement: I need to be reimbursed for eight weeks of service that I did Not receive.

Review: Hello… My problem involves being told on two or three separate occasions that I would get a call from a supervisor to rectify the garbage handler throwing out my garbage can… The last time I had a problem with this business it took them many months and me finally deciding to take them to the local magistrate for them to pay for a purposely broken and thrown away part of my garbage can… This time they threw away my garbage can which was spray-painted with my address and large letters keep… I wrote multiple emails which I have copies of and I've been told twice that this issue would be resolved which I was lied to and it has not been… I've never had a company drag an issue out as long as this company and I've dealt with many and have never actually filed a report with you guys about anything! I've asked for a medium size trashcan to be sent to my location to rectify this… The last time I had an issue a couple years ago they finally on the day I told them I decided to go to the magistrate they call and send a representative to my house with cash to settle a receipt of $30 for the garbage can they broke the pieces of and threw away...this time they are avoiding me and not returning calls or emails which I've tried like I've said three times… Probably over a $15 indoor round shop trashcan which is ridiculous and a total waste of my time and yours!

P.s. I watch this particular garbage thrower whip my neighbors garbage cans into his driveway every week which is a 20' throw so he has to move them to pull in or out which is weird and unacceptable I believe.Desired Settlement: I've been asking for a replacement shop garbage can to get dropped off at my residence for over a month now and I've asked nicely a a few times and have been given the run around! and I have lost my temper once about it because of the sentimental value that cannot be replaced… But of course I never used unacceptable language!

I would just like replaced what this handler decided to take from me please and thank you!

I have had service with Fayette waste for awhile now. Several times there have been glass, from the truck that fell onto my property. When I talked to my salesman he said it was from my dumpster. The broken bottles were from a bar not my dumpster. They didn't clean it up I had to do it my self.

I had posts on the edge of my property so the wouldn't do damage, but they just ran over the posts. when I talked to management the offered me a $10 credit. The posts cost more than $10. Extremely dissatisfied with the service and the way the management approached customer service. Wouldn't recommend I have since gone with a new company. Haven't had any problems since.
