We bought a wheeler for $for a Christmas gift, it messed up that same week, (it would only go on drive no reverse) we took it back to get checked and was turned away "because they didn't have enough space to store our wheeler, was told to bring it back another day" when we took it back we were told it was the transmission that messed up and it was going to be $to fixWhen the new transmission was put in, the mechanic said "it's the motor and that's another $200" we didn't want to pay more so we told them we wanted it to be fixed but we didn't think we should pay for it because we had it less than a week working, Mechanic/manager said if we didn't pay we wouldn't get it fixed.at this point they had the wheeler for about weeks and was not even working on drive as we had taken it in and we were told to go pick it up and they weren't going to fix a anything not even how we had itNow we are stuck with a useless wheeler that we payed so much money forDO NOT SHOP At this place, same owner for both TOYS EXPRESS stores, Harlingen and Mercedes
