Fazio's Auto Sales

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowRegarding Joe Fazio's Auto Sales response of splitting the repair bill, I have to decline the offer due to still having more repairs to be done due to the "K" frame being so badly damaged, and I shouldn't have to incure most of the cost of the repairs since this should have been taken care of before the vehicle left the sales lotI did contact Fazio's Auto Sales when I first became aware of what the problem was prior to this complaint being filed with the Revdex.comI spoke with someone in the office and was told that they would get back to me, but after a week of no response I had called the office again and was told that I could bring my car in for an estimated cost for the repairsAt this point I felt that Fazio's was not going to take care of the problems and I had lost my faith in the business, and felt it was my right to take the vehicle to have the repairs done from someone I had faith in doing the job. I still believe that this falls on Fazio's Auto Sales, it may or may not be legal for the "K" frame to be welded, but they knew that it was already compromised with the welded patches that was done prior to me purchasing the vehicle.

This is in response to the claim filed by the above*** notified us of her complaint by phone we offered her to bring her vehicle in to take a look and see what we could do for herWe did not hear any response from *** on the matterShe then notified us that she had it repaired somewhere
else and brought us a bill for $Our shop
whould have been able to do the repair for much less if she would have brought it in and gave us a chance to helpWe still offered to split the repair with her at this time and have not had a response from *** yetThank
