Ordered a foam raft that would hold 4-6 people in blue and yellow. Got this cheap piece of green and white crap which I am not sure if it will even float, barely holding one person. Trying to get a refund via Paypal but no response. Expensive lesson at $ 70.00. Professional rip off artists!

I hit a link for Blaux portable air conditioner. Apparently this company found a way to re-direct to their site with all of the Blaux information. When the charge when through (paypal) credit card, a company identified by my credit card company shows Dannnystore. This is FBM. I rec'd an email that my order was on the way with the Blaux contact information, I contacted them and they informed me that they had no order for me, and that I'd been scammed. The package was identified as a Fed Ex package, I contacted my CC company and they cancelled the charge since it was a fraudulent charge. Today I rec'd a package from FBM containing a knockoff with no name and not as presented in the picture. I will be sending this back and letting the bank know what has since transpired. Fake products by a fraudulent company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, but unfortunately even the Revdex.com doesn't have a phone number for them.

Bought 2 reclining camp chairs. I was sent two 8 inch high mesh tables.The FBM address at 5650 Lindbergh Lane in Bell California is merely a front for several scam companies. Called 3 times left voice mail. No response. Paid with Paypal, escalated to a claim, for never receiving the item I purchased. If Paypal is processing transactions with these types of companies, then they should protect the consumer. Sending shipment back to California address with a confirmation through UPS. then we will see what happens. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Same problem as others reporting. I ordered 2 small camping chairs, but received different as pictured, don/t want/need this type of chair. I can't figure out how to return them or get a refund!!!!

yes this business sucks. I ordered thru fb paid thru paypal some window film. it came shipped horribly and I told them I wanted a refund they said it would cost me 25.00 to send it back and that they would send me out another product I told them I dont want your crappy product. I want a refund. I filed a claim with paypal and paypal is giving me my money back and will not do business with them anymore. they can suck it. this product they wanted me to ship to china for 27.00 but it was shipped from the 5650 lindbergh lane bell california XXXXX address. sorry charlie im sending it back to california

Company goes by the name Kitchensell. Same address. They're Scammers!

This is a scam. They must make a lot of money sending the wrong cheap ugly goods to people who order from them. I ordered a pretty blouse from a company called Pearlzone and received a blouse from this shipping company that is so cheap and ugly that I cannot even picture who might wear it. There doesn't appear to be a way to return it. I kind of respect Pearlzone and/or FBM - it's a very effective scam - I'll obviously never order from them again but thousands of other customers will continue to order from Pearlzone and/or FBM and these company/companies will rake it in. And apparently Revdex.com isn't coming after them.

My package was not sealed. All the parts were not included.
I ordered a large screen and projector for outdoor. The package was not sealed. The frame for the screen is not there. The projector is damaged.

Ordered a pair of Color changing swim trunks for my 3 year old in June from a company called Socofylee. The product hadn't arrived by early July. I had received a tracking number but it said it was stuck in Compton, CA. After I emailed the company, I received a automated response in broken English. Two weeks later, still no product. Sent another email with the same automated response. Submitted a charge dispute claim to my bank. Today a package arrived from FBM in California with a pair of small short (NOT color changing swim trunks) and the tags are in another language. Do not order from them.

They cheat you showing good products and when you buy them are of bad quality and aren't what you bought. These people are scam.

Ordered 20 drop front shoe boxes and got file folders!
I ordered 20 drop front shoe boxes. My chase credit card was charged on July 6,2020.I ordered them online. What they showed that I was ordering was 20 hard, durable plastic shoe boxes. What I got was 20 square file folders, with plastic tops that do not even fit the square file folders.

This is a total scam! I paid *** for this. This company has ripped me off, and I want a refund, and also to tell other consumers not to buy anything from this company.

They sent me the wrong size shorts (2). I sent them back for a larger size or refund.
I ordered size 34/36 and they sent me SMALLS. They didn't have any larger sizes and so I sent them back for a refund. They didn't care and just told me to give them away. They now have them and my money. I was robbed and want justice.Order#XXXXX

Ordered 2 pair shorts - received today/wrong size - pkg included an email address for issues which does not exist - want to return items/get refund.
Ordered 2 pair of shorts, size 44 waist. Received items today which were labeled size 4XL but the waist measures 40" which aligns with XL. Shorts do not fit. They provided an email address for any 'service-related' issues. I wrote requesting a return label and a refund. The email address is inactive. There seems to be no way to communicate with the vendor. Except for the words "Outdoor Equipment", the writing on the tag on the shorts is all in chinese. The return address on the package is FBM, *** XXXXX

ZERO STARS. Worst experience ever! I ordered and PAID FOR a fishing kayak and after several emails and two months later, I received a black piece of rubber! Now unable to get a refund or any response from them, they have $99 of mine. Horrible!

This vender is a scam, they send you a 0000.10 cent package so they have a tracking number from the USPS.. The tracking number is no good and it sent to a person that doesn't get what they ordered and gets charged a lot of money.. They get taken!!!

Recd a torn apart pkg with a gadget in to plastic bags. No invoice, no instructions in how to assemble or use. Ph call. Left message w no response
Recd the package as stated above. Phone call times out any you are required to leave a message which goes unreturned. I have received no emails whatsoever about my order or the shipment or delivery, torn apart package, gadget in 2 small plastic packages with no invoice with derails and no instructions on what item is, how to assemble or how to use. Now I have to go into my credit card sccounts to see where it was charged and where to dispute charge. Totally unbelievable

Having the same shipment problem with this company. They send mini Toilet paper packages monthly. I don't want them. How can I stop this! No phone number. It's a scam, I'm sure as I have not done business with them previously. Help!

They say that they will refund money but I must pay postage to China. I ordered 3 pairs of shorts. The shorts do not fit their advertised size chart.
