I would like to address issues with my fence that was purchased from [redacted]'* and installed 08 November 2016 from FBT, Inc.

Since this fence was put up, I have had the following problems:
â?¢ The death of my rehabilitation dog
â?¢ FBT No-showed 30 November set appointment
â?¢ Took 25 days to repair fence
â?¢ Poor installation service

After adjusting my scheduled to accommodate my first appointment, FBT, changed the time for later that afternoon, another adjustment so I could meet the their needs.

After the fence was installed, I noticed my dog was not within the perimeter of the fence and later found him dead. I found the tension wire was missing and not secured in many areas. Besides that, the brace wires that secure the top part of the fence to the upper pole were missing too. Due to the lack of workmanship, I felt it was unsafe for my additional rehabilitation dogs to use the perimeter of the fence because they could escape.

Finally, because you refused to handle my issue, I was forced to take my own actions. I contacted [redacted]'* customer service and the contractor (FBT) and received no help. I left numerous voice messages. When I finally spoke with I received the run-around: "We will call you back," "Our next opening date is ____."
Because of a lack of concern from the FBT, I requested the contractor's license and bond numbers numerous times from [redacted]'* and the contractor. They still have not completed my request. I plan to file complaints with the federal and state governments.
At this point, I feel I must inform [redacted]'* at the corporate office of the difficulties I have encountered with the fence installation and your performance. In addition, I am going to file a complaint with the Revdex.com, and if I do not achieve satisfaction, I will ask the folks at [redacted]News On Your Side to look into the matter.
