Review: I bought a pair of front brake disc rotors for my 2002 [redacted], which they guarantee would fit my car. The size was 302mm. A week later I went to purchase brake pads for the front of my car, which were 302mm and the salesperson, [redacted] told me via email that these brake pads would not fit my car. She told me that they would put the order on hold until I approved the order, I never approved the order and they went ahead and shipped the order without my knowledge. I received a order confirmation and a shipping tracking number the day they were delivered to my house. My husband received the order without my knowledge. I explained that either part would not fit my car and [redacted] at customer service said they would return the order but I would have to pay for return shipping. I do not feel I should have to pay for return shipping because the website states that these parts are guaranteed to fit my car, which they do not. I called an authorized [redacted] repair dealership and they state that the correct front brake disc rotors for a 2002 [redacted] 9-5 [redacted] and [redacted] are 308mm and not 302mm, which are not even listed on the company's website site. Their website is misleading and I even selected the year 2002, make [redacted], model 9-5, trim [redacted], correctly on their website and their website did not display the correct parts for the front brakes of my car.Desired Settlement: I would like the FCP Euro to pay return shipping for my order of the pair of 302mm front brake disc rotors, and the 302mm front brake pads, which I never approved the order, because [redacted] told me that they would not fit my car.

I just confirmed that our website is accurate with our fitment guides however if this was confusing towards our customer we have no problem at all sending them a pre-paid shipping label to send the parts back so they won't have to pay for return shipping. If this is acceptable we would just need the customer to confirm their email address and we will email them a return label at our expense.Kind Regards,
