FCR Suspensions

Review: repairs that were being done to my parts because of FCR suspensions repeated negligence were not carried out. After 6 phone calls all ignored and not returned, and 2 months I visited the shop only to be met by an owner who became very irate when I asked for my parts back, that were in a inoperable state because of poor workmanship from him. I paid a large amount of money to have them work on these parts only to have catastrophic failure that they refused to fix. the complete lack of professionalism was the worst part. worst business I have ever dealt with. the guy actually acted like he wanted to fight. thats not why I went there. I just wanted my parts.Desired Settlement: I would like the parts I need and the labor required to reassemble the shock paid for, and thats it..
