I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I requested an itemized invoice of the costs incurred and never received this. I also shared with them that the practice they chose to follow is not outlined in their leasing agreement, nor did I receive an apology for how they handled this situation but rather unprofessional, curt and short responses. I do not expect them to do anything further as they've demonstrated that customer service is not their specialty. I stand by my complaint.

What is the person complainings name?  Where did they live?  When did they move out.  I do not see any of this information in the complaint. Thank you!

I’ve talked with [redacted] and supplied her with a copy of an invoice showing what we were charged to fix damage her moving company did to our property.
