FDS Dispatch

we had a vehicle delivered from Michigan to New Jersey via fds dispatch companywe were quoted a price of $They asked for a credit card deposit to hold the date for pickup and the gentleman by the name of *** told us it was refundable once the vehicle was delivered and full payment was receivedWell when the vehicle was delivered the man asked for and we never got the deposit back this was in the middle of December and I have called several times to NO availThen today 2-2-I finally was able to talk to *** who gave me another number to call and the man on the other side of the phone refused to give us our deposit back First we were given one quote had to pay a different amount upon delivery and then the man had the nerve to tell me that he lost money on the transport job because he didn't add in the insurance portion of there quote (who's fault is that ) (NOT MINE)I just feel that if one person on the company says that your are going to get

A contract was initiated in the beginning of May for a vehicle transport from Nebraska to Florida in the amount of $The company collected a $deposit and assured us our vehicle would be picked up in within the timeframe we set(May 5)The truck did not show up and we received a notice that the truck was “in the shop”After another week of getting the same response, they told us it would now cost us $to have the vehicle moved as opposed to the original contracted price of $They scammed us and now our vehicle is stuck in Nebraska as we have no means to transport it now
