Good Morning [redacted] , We received the customer complaint on July ***, We investigated the batch codes of the merchandise with the Company [redacted] and the products are not expired but due to the client dissatisfaction with the product, [redacted] Company will replace both units for the client[redacted] does not have the merchandise in stock to replace at this timeThey are trying to resolve the issue at the earliest convenience for the clientThey will check with [redacted] in France to see if they can make an exception and ship the merchandise directly to the client, otherwise they will have to receive the merchandise in the United States in Miami and then ship to the clientInternational Shoppes is focused on customer service and we want to make customers happier than when they came in to the storeI will reply back to you once I have the final expected date to receive the merchandiseWe apologize for any inconvenience this has caused the customerWe look forward to resolve this issue in a timely matterBest Regards,Angela T***Executive Assistance, JFK AirportInternational Shoppes [redacted]

I want to make sure the business was looking at the right items I am complaining for. I also want to make sure the business replaces the correct items. Please see the attached receipt. I bought 4 items. It is the 2 items having the same item# 219571 that I am complaining about. Also, how can I let the business know my detailed address so that they can ship the replace products to me? I really appreciate your help with this matter.
