Review: owner [redacted] was paid to repair a 2001 saab that was hit on the front end. he required payment in full upfront. It was required by insurance that he use new factory parts for the repair, and was paid for the cost of new parts. Mr. [redacted] after obtaining full payment, took over 3 months to complete the job, and had an excuse every week for why it was not complete. Within 3 days of returning the vehicle, the transmition went out on the car. The car was taken to a mechanic for repair, at that time the mechanic informed us that the transmition oil cooler line was left loose by mr. [redacted], and that was the reason for the transmition failure. He also informed us that the repairs mr. [redacted] made, were made with used not new parts. (junkyard parts) After obtaining this information, I returned to F&E customs and spoke to Mr. [redacted]. He admitted to using used parts, and agreed to refund $500 from what he was paid. I have in writing on May 5th, 2014 signed by Mr. [redacted] that he would grant us a refund. He has not returned any money as of July 18th, and when ask for it on this date, he refused to pursue this matter any further. I asked for his business insurance info so I can file a claim, he refused to give me that info.Desired Settlement: I would like the business insurance contact information so that a claim can be filed.

Review: I entered into an agreement for this business owner, [redacted], of F and E Customs, to completely restore a used 1976 BMW 2000i coupe purchased by myself with Mr. [redacted] hauling the used vehicle in from Phoenix, AZ on or about October 3rd, 2009. The car has not been restored. Mr. [redacted] has repeatedly told misleading statements about the state of the vehcile. Recent calls and text messages over the past 2 weekis have been ignored by Mr. [redacted]. The original promise was for 6 months to complete project. Mr. [redacted] has been paid over $30,000 for this project. After two weeks of calls and text messages Mr. [redacted] responded with vile and unprofessional texts that suggests he will not complete the job agreed toa. This project has been now over 5 years from inceptionDesired Settlement: Finish the car as promised to my satisfaction and return completed car to me, the owner
