This is the same deflection style response that I predicted they would post. While I think I will never see the items or a refund, my posting of a complaint is valid. When Fealty continues to refer to the same verbage about how I have no right to either product or refund, I feel all is lost. That may be the course they choose to follow, but I think the public has the right to see the type of "company" they are dealing with. ENJOY MY MONEY FEALTY! I WISH I COULD ENJOY WHAT I GAVE IT TO YOU FOR!!

[redacted] you did not in fact purchase a product from us, you contributed to a crowd sourcing campaign. The details of which are clearly outlined in our campaign proposal still published and viewable at www.[redacted] in our proposal it is clearly stated that at the time contributions were...

made we were not an existing company and the product gifted for said amount contributed held an estimated delivery date not a guaranteed date of fulfillment. It is also clearly stated in the campaign proposal that the funds collected would be allocated to the build out and tooling of our shop in addition to the procurement of raw materials necessary to manufacture our productoffered. I clearly expressed to the consumer via email that a refund would not be issued as the funds have already been allocated to their respective purpose as outlined in our campaign proposal. It was never inferred or stated to the consumer that the product has been made, we have updated our contributors regularly and stated very clearly in those updates that standard production has not yet begun as we are still in the testing phases necessary to ensure product quality. We feel that this complaint is invalid as the "transaction" claimed by the consumer was not a transaction for merchandise, it was a contribution to the crowd funding campaign to seed our start up, these funds were paid to [redacted] as our campaign host. The consumer will receive the product in question as soon as it is available as outlined in our campaign proposal, and no refund will be issued as funds have been allocated as stated in our campaign proposal.

I supported Fealty Arms in a [redacted] fundraiser back in april of 2013. They have not replied to a single email or phone call out of dozens of made. They took $500 from me and never provided me with the merchandise they promised for contributing. I've tried every channel of communication available aside from traveling to AZ and knocking on their door. They sent out other "contributors update" in july of last year asking for more money for the promised merchandise with no instructions on how to send the payment. Guess you can understand my apprehension in sending a company that hasn't responded to any correspondence in almost two years any more money without as much as specifying that. I'd like my 5 Black Anodized 7075 80% lowers receivers that were promised or my $500.00 back. Based on the way they have done business with me I recommend not supporting this business in anyway. All I've read is negative about their fundraiser so I know I am not alone. Please spread the word so more people don't get burned. Looking into the next steps of legal actions.

Fealty Arms. [redacted] & [redacted] Goodyear, AZ 85338-1513

Truly the worst experience I've ever had with any business. At this point, I'm certain that Fealty Arms is a complete scam. I paid $650 for 10 80% lower receivers. Estimated delivery date was 7/15/2013. Products still have not shipped and Fealty arms has failed to update purchasers on the status of their orders a year later. The company's website and various other website testimonials confirm that orders are not being fulfilled. I contacted Fealty Arms countless times with no response. Finally, almost a year later, I got a very simple e-mail stating that no refund would be given. BUYER BEWARE!

We greatly apologize for the issue with your purchase. Once we receive the returned defective unit we will gladly issue a refund in full and have been more than willing to do so had that been what you requested.

The  transaction in question was a contribution to crowd funding campaign to sow into the building of a company, not a purchase. All dates of fulfillment were estimates at best, as at the time the contribution was made Fealty Arms did not exist. We are fulfilling product in as timely a manner as possible and all contributors will receive their gifts for contributing to the campaign.
