We will exchange the speakers under warranty.

Review: About a month ago we ordered brand new speakers and had them replaced through this company in less than a month later the two speakers are not working. I recently placed a call to the company asking somebody to come out and look at the speakers and telling them the problem which they did promptly I was currently out of town that day when they visited the business. When I got back in town I noticed the speaker's still weren't working and I called the main office and talk to somebody and ask them what the problem was. I was told that the settings on the receiver were altered and that the speakers were blown out and they did not cover that. I told the person the reason that the settings were altered is because when the speakers weren't working I turned up the volume on the receiver to see if I could get any sound of them and I couldn't nobody else ever touches any of the settings on the receiver. I was told more or less that that was a lie and that the speakers were probably blown out because the receiver was set too high. The receivers are set way up out of the way and nobody else ever touches them except me the manager or [redacted] the owner. So what they told me is less than a month later after spending $800 on two new speakers that they would not replace the speakers and that we were out $800. I inform the person that that was bad customer service and that we've always done business with them in the past. I also was informed that the two speakers that were replaced were not large enough for our receiver. I asked him why weren't we informed that when we ordered them and he said well you wanted to order the same one so we were just going by what the customer wanted. I said a technician was here twice looked at those speakers before we were ordered let us place an order for the two speakers knowing that they weren't the correct speakers for the receiver that we had? I am extremely distraught and I either want to be reimbursed for those speakers or I want somebody to replace them and correct the situation it is ridiculous we've been in business for 25 years and we have done business with them for sure the last 10 and I think it's really ridiculous the way they are taking care of us.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to either reimburse the money spent on the new speakers or come and replace the speakers or fix the current problem.
