My car had absolutely no ignition issues before their technician attempted to make a keyI only called the locksmith because I lost my keys at work (had my car had issues I would not have been able to get to work)After their technician forced the faulty ignition key he made into my car, he damaged the ignition such that it would not accept ANY keyThe incident took place in the *** *** parking lot that has video surveillance. I had to tow my car to *** *** *** where *** *** confirmed with their certified *** technicians that they key that the LOCKSMITH cut was faulty and caused the damage when the LOCKSMITH's technician tried to force the faulty key that he made into my ignition*** risk management called the locksmith on my behalf, and encouraged me to continue to pursue the matter as the locksmith should be held liable
